Our Chef has created a variety of Hors D’oeuvres, Salads, Entrees, Desserts, Side Dishes, and Snacks, all culinary masterpieces, from which you can create a memorable meal for your guests.
We incorporate style into every food dish we serve.

From the appearance, to the sensation, and the taste of the menu items create a unique experience for each event. Simply tell us your preference, and the quantity and the services you want us to provide. We will do the rest.

We will present you with a detailed plan For your event for your final approval.

We take care of all the details including clean-up. We will make your event/function a pleasurable and memorable so that you can just relax and enjoy the experience!

We have put in written procedures and contingency plans that can be implemented immediately by our creative management team, to combat each and every problem that arises. Our command and control setup ensures clear communication and logistics to instantly implement, different solutions for every catering event difficulty that might occur.

AT OUR RACECOURSES

At Gowran Park and Wexford racecourses we are there new sole caterers and like at Bellewstown & Laytown Racecourses where we are the sole caterers again in 2020 at Bellewstown we set up in the onsite buildings and also set-up a mini Marquee Catering Village. There we offer a range of Catering covering public and corporate Including setting up a 150 seater Public Self-Service Style Marquee Restaurant covering up-to 1000 covers daily.

We are also operating 3 large Public bars and 4 Corporate Marquees over the 4-day racing event in July. We cover all the catering needed for the 18000 to 20000 public & corporate Public attending and at the 2-day race meeting in August covering 6000 to 8000. At these racecourse events we cater to full sit down silver service dinners 400 to 500 daily & buffets dinners 200 to 300 daily BBQ.S for 300 daily along with covering the Public Bars & public self-service and public Restaurants needed for the events.

Our Company has been in this business for 19 years. Our Management team collectively has 110 years’ experience between themselves.
