With a current portfolio of 4 race-courses including Gowran Park Racecourse , Wexford Racecourse Bellewstown and Laytown, racecourses and in the past having been involved with five others, we are now again focusing on becoming one of Ireland leading racecourse Catering groups.

Good Enuf To Eat Banqueting is a long-established Race course caterer with a distinctive Irish identity. With decades of experience, we have built a reputation for great food, attentive and Excellence service and craftsmanship. You can expect nothing less with us having been in the business over 21 years.

We operate at venues of all sizes and have exclusivity at prominent sporting, entertainment and cultural locations across Ireland. We cater exclusively at racecourses, including Gowran park, & Wexford racecourse Bellewstown and Laytown Racecourses in the past we have a number of years catering experience catering at Racecourses around Ireland like Fairyhouse, Naas, Tipperary, & Sligo race-courses all of which we acted as sole Caterers at these race-courses covering all the catering needed for their racing events.

HOSPITALITY & EVENTS 

Entertaining guests, be it at a live show, a sporting occasion, or an agricultural event, should be one of life’s pleasures. Hospitality catering features across all of the sectors we operate in, often combining top quality catering with the ‘best seat in the house’ at the heart of an event or show.

Our team chefs actively invests more time in creating new hospitality menus from ingredients that takes the best of Irish seasonal produce, presented with care, skill and creativity so that it is as pleasing to the eye as it is to the palate. Made with passion, served with pride.

smoked beef sirloin, slow cooked blade and tongue, parsley risotto, celeriac fondants, red wine jus.

“This dish uses lesser known cuts which present more textures, flavours and requires more skills.
The risotto will change to garlic when in season.”
